No. Our back brace features firm aluminum stays put and keeps the brace in an optimum position on your body to prevent it from rolling up despite rigorous movements during your ride.
Yes! You can even wear the back brace when you’re off the saddle to comfortably adopt proper posture anytime, anywhere.
We recommend starting off for 15 to 25 minutes for the first few days and progressively add 20 minutes every subsequent day after. Your back and shoulders should gradually align and build muscle memory for the right posture.
Ideally, the brace can be worn for 3 – 4 hours daily.
Absolutely not. Our posture corrector is not made out of stiff materials that will keep your posture locked in place like a cement vest, which isn’t healthy. The Equestorian™ back brace is an aid that helps your muscle maintain the correct posture, acting as a constant reminder to you and your muscles to keep your posture straight while riding.
2 weeks on average. Your body will not be used to the new posture initially, hence it will take time. Stop wearing it as soon as it becomes uncomfortable, take a break, and practice wearing it again. Allow your body to familiarize itself with the effects of the back brace for the first few days.
An average of 2 to 4 hours is recommended daily until an improvement can be seen or felt.
Note: The Equestorian™ brace is not suitable for pregnant women.
